• →Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• →Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• →Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• →Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• →Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
