Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As an RBT with HealthPro Pediatrics, you’ll work one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other exceptionalities providing play-based ABA services alongside speech, occupational, and physical therapy under one roof!

  • We have clinics in Newport News and Hampton, VA!
• Schedules to fit your needs:
  • Part-Time: Mornings M-F 8am - 12pm or Afternoons M-F 3pm - 6pm!
  • Optional weekend hours available for clinicians wanting to make up hours missed during the work week! 
• The compensation:
  • Hourly rates between $21-$26/hour with opportunities to earn more!

• →Work one-on-one with children with Autism and other exceptionalities to build communication, social, and everyday life skills
• →Help children reach their goals and learn new skills through play-based, individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)—because one size does not fit all!
• →Track progress and celebrate wins of all sizes
• →Receive training and supervision from our multidisciplinary team of ABA clinicians and pediatric therapists while building experience in behavioral health and child development! 

• A valid RBT certification or completion certificate for a 40-hour RBT certification course is preferred
• Valid CPR certification with the hands-on portion

• Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education is preferred

  • However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!

• Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
