Drain Technician

• →Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries
• →Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues
• →Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques
• →Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns
• →Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain lines
• →Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers
• →Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems
• →Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and performance
• →Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance
• →Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new methods and technologies
