Responsibilities

→Learn the HVAC trade through hands-on experience and formal training
→Assist with installations, maintenance and repairs in residential homes
→Troubleshoot HVAC issues and learn to offer efficient solutions
→Ensure safety and code compliance in all work
→Represent Heritage’s values in every customer interaction

Must be at least 21 years old
Prior job stability
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
