HR Advisor

 

 

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team, supporting managers and colleagues across our peanut factory in Bromborough. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll influence every stage of the employee lifecycle. A typical day might see you managing a complex employee relations case, coaching a manager through a people challenge, welcoming new starters to the business, delivering engagement activities, or partnering with our employee-led business improvement group to improve the employee experience.  Based at our Bromborough site and reporting to the HR Lead, you'll work closely with managers and employees on-site while also collaborating with the wider HR team across our UK locations. The final stage includes a visit to our factory and offices, with a site tour and a chance to meet the team. We will run through some scenario-based HR questions to test your knowledge.
