We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in their work, values customer service, and is looking for strong earning potential with consistent, year-round work.

• →Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• →Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
• →Work closely with dispatch and team members to complete jobs efficiently
• →Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• →Participate in ongoing training and development

• →2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• →Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• →Customer-focused mindset and professional communication
• →Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• →Dependable, team-oriented attitude with pride in your work

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, basements)
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
• Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions
