FP&A Analyst

• →Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• →4+ years of progressive finance experience at a government contracting organization.
• →Advanced Excel skills, with experience building dynamic financial and operational models.
• →Ability to work with large datasets, evaluate financial data, and identify business trends.
• →Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• →Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as they pertain to indirect rate structures and cost allowability.
• →Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.

• Advanced experience with Costpoint and/or Unanet.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, for building financial dashboards and reports.
• Experience using Power Query to automate data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Sound judgment in validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and in safeguarding sensitive and proprietary financial data when using AI tools.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
