Professional Liability Partner

The Los Angeles office of Kaufman Dolowich, a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas, is actively seeking a Professional Liability Partner to join their growing practice group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney with a strong background in labor and employment defense litigation to step into a leadership role within a nationally recognized firm. The ideal candidate will bring strategic litigation experience, strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, and a commitment to exceptional client service. Portable business will be considered but is not required.

• →Lead, expand and oversee the Professional Liability practice
• →Handle complex defense matters through all phases of litigation
• →Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, insured professionals, brokers, and clients
• →Mentor and supervise associates and business professionals
• →Drive business development, marketing, and cross-selling initiatives
• →Collaborate with firm leadership and related practice groups on strategic growth opportunities

• Admission to the California State Bar required
• 10+ years of professional liability defense experience
• Strong litigation, leadership, client management, and business development skills
• Experience representing insurers and/or insured professionals preferred
