→Work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineers to iteratively create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements
→Design, develop, and maintain applications, APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
→Analyze technical system problems, and design and implement effective solutions
→Handle end-to-end development, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
→Create and maintain technical documentation
→Execute all levels of testing (Unit, System, Integration, Regression)
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and application modernization initiatives
→Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

1–3 years of professional software development experience
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
General knowledge of Agile software development concepts and processes
The ideal candidate will be dedicated, demonstrate initiative, and be a logical thinker
AI Fluency: Actively uses AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and scale of work; can point to concrete workflows where AI adds value; critically evaluates and validates AI-generated output; and applies AI responsibly, protecting confidential and customer data.

Exposure to or an interest in investments and asset management (private markets knowledge preferred)
Full stack development experience with Python, SQL, and RESTful services
Experience building and maintaining robust data pipelines and ELT/ETL processes
Experience with data ingestion using Python and Pandas from CSV files and REST endpoints
Cloud experience with AWS services, including Lambda, ECS/EC2, S3, and RDS
Experience configuring monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, and CloudWatch
Experience setting up and maintaining automated test suites, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Experience with workflow orchestration tools
