Special Products Administrator I- Remote

The Special Products Administrator I is responsible for supporting the review, evaluation, and processing of a variety of specialized loan-related requests in accordance with investor, client, and departmental guidelines.

• →Review/evaluate requests regarding Special Products functions while following required investor and/or client procedures.
• →Obtain and review information needed to process subordinations, easements, partial releases, assumptions, ARMs, buydowns, balloons, and other requests pertaining to the Special Products area.
• →Review internal requests and respond or escalate based upon departmental requirements.
• →Assist in maintaining departmental quality standards for outgoing correspondence.
• →Complete tasks within required timeframes and standards.
• →All other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Ability to adapt to change productively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

• 1-2 years of mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ICE mortgage servicing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of HELOC, SCRA, or Special Loans workstations preferred.
