Maintenance Technician / Painter

Lorien Bel Air is looking to hire a Maintenance Tech and Painter to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll support and complete project work throughout the community, helping us maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment for our residents, families, and staff.

Competitive Pay

• $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience) 
• Same-Day Pay for all Employees!

• →Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• →Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
• →Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• →Carpentry experience, preferred
• →Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• →Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• →Strong HVAC knowledge or certification
• →Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
• →Plumbing, painting and electrical experience

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Previous painting or maintenance experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair practices.

• Full-Time and Part- Time Hours
• 10:00 AM -6:30 PM (Sunday to Thursday)  Maintenance
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Every Monday and Tuesday) Painter
