Join our team as a Machine Line Operator and play a critical role in manufacturing the nonwoven materials that become everyday household products. Our facility produces large rolls of nonwoven fabric used in products such as disinfecting wipes, household cleaning wipes, restaurant-grade sanitation wipes, and other consumer and industrial cleaning products.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work a 12 hour shift 2-2-3 schedule 6:45am - 7pm
- →Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment used in the production of nonwoven fabric.
- →Set up production lines and ensure machines are running safely and efficiently.
- →Perform quality inspections and make process adjustments to meet product specifications.
- →Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
- →Monitor production data and complete required documentation.
- →Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to achieve production goals.
- →Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- →Assist with product changeovers, machine startups, and shutdowns.
- →Move raw materials and finished product rolls.
- →Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials, load equipment, and support production activities.
- →Perform routine inspections of material handling equipment and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs.
Requirements
~1 min read- Ability to work in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb stairs, work around large industrial machinery, and maneuver large rolls of material.
- Comfortable working around moving machinery, elevated temperatures, noise, and overhead crane operations.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Required High school diploma or GED (We verify education)
- Manufacturing, machine operation, production, or industrial experience preferred.
- Experience operating or the ability to learn to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and productivity.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
