As a Production Shift Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production lines operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• →Operating production machinery and equipment
• →Packing, assembling, bagging and preparing products for storage
• →Monitoring product quality and identifying defects
• →Completing production and performance reporting
• →Supporting line changeovers and production restarts
• →Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• →Following all health, safety, and quality procedures
• →Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site

This role operates on a rotating three-shift pattern over 3 weeks with a shift alllowance:

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00

Applicants must be able to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends as required.
