MANA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Physician Services Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our physicians and advanced practice providers throughout their professional journey with our organization. In this position, you will oversee provider credentialing and recredentialing, coordinate hospital appointments and reappointments, maintain critical provider records, and assist with physician recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing processes in accordance with NCQA standards.
- →Coordinate hospital applications, privileges, and reappointments.
- →Support physician recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- →Maintain provider records, licenses, certifications, and credentialing databases.
- →Prepare and update provider files, CVs, directories, and network information.
- →Ensure accurate documentation and compliance across all provider credentialing activities.
The MANA Administrative team provides support services for 27 physician-owned medical practices in Northwest Arkansas. We are an independent, physician owned group established in 1999 to responsibly manage the costs associated with health care, improve our practice efficiencies, and enhance overall care for our patients. Our administrative team includes Human Resources, Physician Services, Information Systems, Population Health, Accounting, Reimbursement, Compliance, Communications, Billing Services, and more! We all work together to help our physicians and clinics provide compassionate, comprehensive, quality health care. Requirements
