The Specialty Operations Manager oversees and coordinates key operational functions to ensure organizational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. This role manages and organizes operational projects, leads the planning and coordination of daily activities and meetings, and supports productive vendor relationships. The Specialty Operations Manager helps maintain current accreditations, develops and organizes training materials, and provides essential support for the Specialty including additional enterprise support when warranted. Additionally, the role is responsible for monitoring and managing open internal and external (i.e. WellSky, Relay etc.) IT items and tickets to drive timely resolution and continuous process improvement.

Experience supporting operational workflows, projects, or cross-functional initiatives
Exposure to compliance, accreditation, or regulatory requirements (e.g., URAC, ACHC, Joint Commission)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with pharmacy systems (e.g., Caretend or similar)
