→Install, maintain and optimize equipment/technology in support of process and manufacturing systems.
→Perform routine maintenance on tools, technology, and equipment
→Determine causes of operating errors and decide what to do about it
→Troubleshoot maintenance problems in accordance with established procedures
→Support the installation, customization, or upgrading of equipment.
→Coordinate preventive maintenance to ensure production or industrial process runs smoothly.
→Identify, diagnose, and/or repair equipment problems.
→Communicate with others to ensure maintenance and repairs meet operational needs.
→Maintain hands-on knowledge of equipment operations.
→Maintain equipment, tools, and workstations.
→Manage the maintenance team in terms of work scheduling, performance measurement, development and well-being which includes ensuring a healthy a safe workplace
→Building, changing and improving procedures, practices and technology that care for environment.
→Implement relevant concepts of TQM/TPM/ Management Systems at work place

→ Overall maintenance of plant, equipment and technology

→ Ensuring Machine Availability and reducing Mean Time Between Failures/Repairs

→ Managing maintenance and operations teams and facilitating their efforts in line with the performance-baselines

→ Managing spare parts and ensuring availability while keeping the inventory at a healthy level

→ Identification and implementation of cost control measures

→ Facilitating all applicable Statutory compliance, Organizational , Health and Safety ,Labour Laws ,Excise, Sales Tax State/Central etc

→ Responsible for organizational , Health and Safety Guidelines and Rules and Regulations while transporting , storing, delivering , installing and removing of goods and services and complete the necessary documentation .

→ Gathering technology, best practices, equipment updates

→ Preparing performance reports as per agreed intervals

→ Maintaining all Contractual and Regulatory records for the specified period.

→ Taking Corrective and preventive actions and solving audit findings.

The maintenance leads are responsible for managing the direct staff in achieving the zero stoppage productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Equivalent)
Masters in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
8 to 10 years of experience in similar manufactiring/ process industries
Expert/ Strong mechanical background ( Hands on) along with electrical knowledge is preferable.
Hands on experience in all types of Maintenance, TPM, FMEA, OEE,LEan Six sigma, cost control , productivity & efficiancy improvements.
Must Lead as an example in safety ,communication & stron skills in people management

Engineering Degree- Essentao-1
