• →Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence
• →Perform high‑quality repairs that exceed NEC standards—no shortcuts, no compromises

• →Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, installation, and parts teams to keep jobs moving

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman Required)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily
• Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas
• Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions
• Use tools and equipment requiring strong manual dexterity
