We're excited to be recruiting a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Campaigns and Operations team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, helping to connect NCFE's products and services with the customers who need them most.

Our Marketing Campaigns and Operations team works collaboratively across NCFE to plan, coordinate and deliver marketing activity that supports our organisational objectives. Working closely with colleagues across Digital, Brand, Communications, PR, Product, Commercial and Sales, we help ensure our marketing is joined up, effective and focused on our audiences.

This is a great opportunity to build your marketing experience and develop your skills across a broad range of campaigns, channels and activities. You’ll gain hands-on experience of campaign coordination, content development, digital marketing and performance reporting, while learning from experienced colleagues and contributing ideas that help shape our marketing activity.

  • Support the coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, helping to manage activity, content, approvals and deadlines
  • Assist with creating, editing and proofreading marketing content and campaign materials, ensuring they align with NCFE’s brand and messaging
  • Help coordinate marketing communications across channels, working with colleagues across Digital, Brand, Communications and PR.
  • Maintain campaign plans and documentation, and gather data and insight to support performance reporting and evaluation
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, contribute ideas to campaign planning and identify opportunities to improve our marketing activity.
  • A relevant marketing or communications qualification, or equivalent experience in a marketing, communications or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to grammar, spelling and detail
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • An understanding of marketing principles and campaign activity, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams
  • A willingness to learn and develop your marketing skills, with experience supporting campaigns, creating digital content or using marketing platforms such as CRM, email marketing or analytics tools being an advantage
