7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am

✓New hourly rates between $40 - $48 per hour based on experience

✓$5 per hour night shift differential, $7 weekend day shift(Sat and Sun) and $10 weekend night shift diff

Responsibilities

The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing:

→Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
→Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
→Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
→Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
