Senior Sourcer - Temporary (Hybrid)

The Senior Sourcer partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical, hard-to-fill, and high-priority positions. This role builds diverse talent pipelines, leverages market intelligence and innovative sourcing techniques, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience. This is a 12-month temporary term position.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or recruitment marketing.
• Experience recruiting physicians, executives, senior-level professionals, or other difficult-to-fill positions.
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and achieving hiring goals.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting in an agency or corporate environment.
• Healthcare recruitment experience.
• Experience using iCIMS or similar ATS platforms.
