Logistics Manager

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center-Ground Base Air Defense Sensor division (AFLCMC/ESG).

The ESG Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.

This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• • 7 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD

Technical Skills

• Identify and analyze program requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services, ensuring resources align with program plans and are delivered at the right time and place.
• Collaborate with Material Support Managers and Product Support Managers to develop and maintain comprehensive logistics support plans, including sister‑service and coalition coordination.
• Participate in development of maintenance and life‑cycle logistics plans supporting smooth transition of products to Air Logistics Complex Centers.
• Develop and execute logistics and sustainment plans across acquisition and sustainment phases.
• Provide logistics analytical support for key logistics metrics such as supply, reliability, maintainability, and readiness.
• Coordinate and evaluate efforts of functional specialists to refine plans, schedules, and requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for management reports, planning documentation, logistics analyses, and presentations.

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong communication skills for coordinating across government, contractor, and cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑starter able to independently manage logistics actions, monitor sustainment requirements, and drive solutions.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside support managers, engineers, and program leadership.
• Effective problem‑solving skills applied to sustainment challenges, schedule risks, and resource planning.
• Strong time‑management capabilities to coordinate competing sustainment tasks, logistics reviews, and acquisition timelines.
