Help shape how our people learn, grow and build the skills we need for the future.

At OneAdvanced, our People team is an award-winning function, recognised as CIPD People Team of the Year and HR Excellence People Team of the Year. As our business continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join the team and help shape capability across OneAdvanced.

This is a business-facing role partnering with leaders and teams across the organisation to understand their priorities, identify skills and capability gaps, and translate these into meaningful development solutions.

Rather than simply responding to training requests, you'll act as a trusted consultant to the business, challenging where needed, diagnosing the real capability requirement and ensuring our investment in learning delivers measurable impact.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of two days per week from our Birmingham Mailbox office.

  • →An understanding of how skills, capability and learning connect to wider business and workforce priorities.
  • →A commercial mindset and the ability to demonstrate the impact and value of learning.
  • →Curiosity around AI, emerging technology and the changing skills organisations will need for the future.
