Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Management:
    • Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects or multiple simultaneous delivery projects across various regions.
    • Develop comprehensive delivery project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
    • Ensure the seamless delivery of projects by coordinating between teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and track progress, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
    • Manage escalations and develop improvement action plans to ensure delivery is back on track.
    • Leads, mentors, and coachs delivery teams, providing guidance on best practices and removing roadblocks.
    • Take responsibility for improving delivery processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain regular communication through project reports and meetings.
    • Establish strong client relationships and ensure their requirements and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
    • Develop mitigation plans and implement contingency strategies to ensure minimal impact.
    • Manage change requests and ensure smooth transitions during scope or timeline changes.
    • Monitors project revenue, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.
    • Ensure all projects are delivered within the approved budget, meeting orders KPIs by setting correct billing dates, ensuring revenue acceleration.
    • Provide regular project status updates to senior management, including dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance frameworks, and industry standards.
    • Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including lessons learned.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager and/or Delivery Manager.
    • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
    • Multi-services knowledge & experience.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Mentoring and coaching skills.
    • Risk management skills and ability to develop mitigation strategies.

    Requirements

    • PMP certification is a must.
    • ACP and/or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
    • Experience in specific industries (IT, software development, logistics, etc.).
    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a relevant field.
