• →Operate Extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards for waste, quality, and utilization.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings.
• →Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes.
• →Conduct quality checks and enter results.
• →Run the production equipment in accordance with Standard Line Conditions.
• →Use the production line performance reporting tools in an accurate and timely manner.

• One Year Manufacturing Experience
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
