Responsibilities

- →Serve as clinical leader for the practice, supporting quality care and team development
- →Develop and present treatment plans focused on long-term oral health outcomes
- →Deliver care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment
- →Mentor and support clinical team members as needed
- →Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
- →Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
