When data platforms fail in healthcare, the downstream impact is immediate — clients miss SLAs, members lose access to benefits data, and teams scramble. This Senior Data Engineer role is the technical anchor that prevents that: resolving the complex incidents others can’t crack, driving root cause remediation that sticks, and building the team’s capability through mentorship and knowledge sharing. You bridge operational support and engineering excellence — and the stability of the platform reflects it.

  • Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving complex technical incidents
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
