Starting Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 / hour + shift differential on qualifying shiftsPerformance and Pay Review after 90 Days | Same Day Pay Available

- Operate all plating equipment, hand trucks, and overhead cranes

- Fabricate jigs and fixtures for parts using hand and air power tools

- Read micrometers, thickness gages, and profilometers

- Inspect, package, and prepare finished parts for shipping

- Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner

- Safety focused: follow procedures and stay alert in the production environment

- Mechanically inclined: enjoy working with tools, equipment, or hands-on tasks

- Detail-oriented: take pride in producing high-quality, accurate work
