• High School degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Parking and/or university operations experience preferred. 
• Customer Service experience 
• Knowledge of The Ohio State University campus a plus. 
• Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locations

• →Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees. 
• →Greet customers, responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, develop rapport with customers.\
• →Assists customers in elevaor lobbies & lanes.
• →Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude
• →Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

• →May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning tasks. 
• →Other special projects assignments to include events coverage: OSU Stadium, Schottenstein Center, etc..

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. 
• Excellent team building and interpersonal skills 
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment. 
• Must be able to work unsupervised. 
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language.
