Responsibilities

→Source, qualify and prescreen candidates for various opportunities.
→Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Indeed).
→Craft and send recruiting emails.
→Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to determine position requirements.
→Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
→Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
→Provide talent insight and feedback on market conditions to build a recruiting strategy
→Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
→Ask for referrals from external networks
→Promote our talent and employer brand online and offline
→Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System and talent community
→Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Requirements

3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
3 years of passive candidate sourcing experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience working with applicant tracking systems
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated team player; self-starter
Effective time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and complete critical tasks with a sense of urgency
