We’re looking for an experienced Barehand Lineman to join our team in and around Texas, and perform specialized energized transmission-line work. This role is ideal for a safety-focused professional who takes pride in working at the highest level of the trade, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering quality work on critical electrical infrastructure projects.

• →Perform barehand work on energized transmission lines.
• →Inspect and maintain lines, structures, and related equipment.
• →Follow established work procedures, safety rules, and job briefings.
• →Work effectively with crew members in changing field conditions.

• Barehand or energized-line experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Journeyman Lineman experience.
• Current Quanta BH (Barehand) certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Required lineman training and qualifications for the role.
• A strong safety record and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work at heights and travel or work extended schedules as needed.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred if required for the position.
