Senior Underwriter PI/D&O

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance market in similar roles • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure • Integrity and strong follow-through on tasks • Ability to challenge norms while working collaboratively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Flexible communication style adapted to different situations • Customer focus and teamwork • Accountability and results orientation • Technical underwriting expertise • Proactivity and collaboration skills • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office tools • Evidence-based decision making • Resilience and adaptability • Fluency in Spanish at native level (C2) • Business-level English (B2 or higher)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field
