Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ year in shipping and logistics management in a Warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience interacting with cross functional team including but not limited to Operations, Project Management, Traffic Department, and various carriers
- Ability to operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in manufacturing preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated problem resolution and root cause analysis
- Proactive and Self-motivated with business perspective and a sense of urgency
- Accomplishments which reflect empowerment, leadership, integrity, accountability, and speed
- Ability to influence and lead
- Detail oriented, organized, and focused on quality
- Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Perform basic Mathematics
- Bilingual preferred / Must Speak, Read & Write English
