As a Dental Hygienist with Lancaster Dental, you’ll:

      • →Develop trusted, long-term relationships with patients
      • →Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
      • →Review medical and dental histories and perform appropriate screenings
      • →Capture diagnostic radiographs and clinical information
      • →Educate patients about oral health, prevention, and recommended treatment
      • →Maintain accurate clinical documentation
      • →Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team
      • →Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care

• Active Florida Dental Hygienist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Commitment to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• A collaborative approach and interest in comprehensive patient care
