Production Clerk

The Long Products Division, Steel of West Virginia, has an immediate opening for a Production Clerk.

  Maintains our finished inventory count, including entering data on Excel spreadsheets for both rolling mills (production and maintenance)

• →

  Assist Supervisor with safety-related forms and processing as well as daily journal entries for both shifts on each mill

• →

  Work outdoors in an industrial environment, which means you need to be able to work in cold weather conditions in the winter and warm weather conditions in the summer

• →

  Required to wear all approved PPE (such as hard hat, safety glasses, and metatarsal safety boots)

• →

  All other duties as assigned

• Must be proficient in Excel and pass testing• Good verbal and written communication skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to multitask• Successful clerical experience• Ability to drive a forklift• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and climb stairs• All other duties as assigned
