Transaction Supervisor

Position is responsible for supervising the Texas Division Transactions personnel, supporting internal and external customers, and contributing to the Texas Division management team. Additionally, the position supports and performs tasks for the Division Manager and Division Controller.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• →

  Supervise transactions personnel related to invoicing, scrap payables, and truck direct processing

• →Monitor and assist with retail activities
• →Ability to help prepare reports and evaluate results
• →Verify accuracy and completeness of daily transaction activities 
• →Manage customer relationships and requests
• →Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings
• →All other duties as required

• Four-year Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to trace transactions through production and accounting systems and identify errors 
• Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail 
• Strong leadership abilities and supervision experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task 
• Customer service and team-oriented approach to completing tasks and supporting internal and external customers 
• Must be a team player who is dedicated to the organization 
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel and Word
