Warehouse Mattress Assembler

Steinhafels Furniture has an immediate opening for a full-time, 1st shift mattress assembler at our bedding factory in New Berlin. This position involves operating machinery for mattress and box spring assembly.

Specific Duties:                                                                                             

• →Gluing mattress foam layers                                                                   
• →Assemble springs, foam and upholstery materials into mattresses               
• →Operation of spray glue workstation                                                         
• →Mattress innerspring preparation                                                                     
• →Foundation upholstery and stapling                                                                 
• →Material handling                                                                                       
• →General factory clean up  

This position requires frequent lifting, carrying and pushing/pulling. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to use various power tools for assembly purposes. Good attendance and punctuality required
