Shipping Employee

Coordinates shipping and warehouse operations for finished goods, including weighing, transporting, storing, banding, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. Ensures inventory accuracy, efficient distribution, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

• →Prepare shipping documentation for customer orders
• →Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
• →Inspects finished goods for quality and accuracy
• →Transports, stages, and stores finished goods
• →Loads and secures outbound customer shipments
• →Bands, bags, and shrink-wraps finished products
• →Performs other duties as assigned

• Demonstrates commitment to TCOS and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification
• Capable of working safely in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Self-motivated team player with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
