• →Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations 
• →Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic location 
• →Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and expectations 
• →Coordinate emergency responses and resource allocation 
• →Track technician progress and adjust scheduling in real-time as needed 
• →Maintain detailed records of service calls and field activities 

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related administrative role 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment 
• Familiarity with dispatching software; ServiceTitan experience is a big plus 
• Detail-oriented and adept at managing logistics and timelines 
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
