~1 min read- →Process paid loan notes and release collateral per state laws and internal procedures.
- →Prepare and electronically record satisfactions using Simplifile-DocBuilder.
- →Terminate UCC filings with relevant agencies. Terminate our lien for vehicles through DealerTrack.
- →Organize and retain loan files in accordance with policies and regulatory guidelines, maintaining accurate records.
- →Classify, alphabetize, and research documents as needed to ensure proper documentation.
- →Manage email requests from officers, team members, and auditors, providing loan documents and support.
- →Assist in writing and updating procedures and participate in annual reviews.
- →Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the loan servicing process.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in banking, loan processing, or document management. Knowledge of OPUS, FIS Insight, Abrigo-Sageworks, or Simplifile-DocBuilder is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive information.
- Ability to lift and carry files/boxes weighing 20-25 pounds.
