- Prepare loan applications, treasury management documentation, and deposit applications.
- Assist in crafting loan approval presentations and post-approval modifications.
- Coordinate collateral release and documentation changes.
- Liaise with attorneys, appraisers, title companies, and other third parties to ensure accurate documentation for loan closings and account openings.
- Support audits, examinations, and compliance reviews, ensuring target maintenance of past due accounts and file exceptions.
- Organize and prepare sales presentations, materials, and proposals to assist the sales team.
- Identify sales opportunities to drive performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
- Aid in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to meet targets.
- Plan and execute customer appreciation events.
- Support the onboarding of new Commercial Banking team members, ensuring they understand sales processes and product knowledge.
- Act as a communication conduit between the Commercial Banking team, other departments, and external stakeholders to promote collaboration.
- Perform additional tasks assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Exceptional organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, Co-Pilot, and internal CRM software; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively and engage with various stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales performance data and generating actionable insights.
- Previous experience in sales support, management, or administration is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field can be advantageous.
- Experience in loan processing, closing, servicing, origination, and administration; account opening expertise is a plus.
