NATIONWIDE SEARCH (LIVE-IN) - The Nanny League is assisting a family with their search for a Full-Time, Live-In Nanny to assist in balancing care for their 3 young children. The family splits time across multiple homes throughout the year.

This is a full-time, live-in role. Housing accommodations vary depending on which home the family is based at during a given stretch of the year; some accommodations are more private than others, and this will be discussed in detail with serious candidates.

Schedule is generally Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekend support, and travel as needed. Hours are approximately 40-45 per week. Flexibility is highly valued in this role.

One parent is typically home and hands-on with the children, and the family prefers a nanny who can take direction and complement their own involvement rather than run the show independently. The children are active and energetic, and a patient, steady temperament is important. Days include a mix of outings, activities, and time at home.

The family values trust, reliability, and genuine warmth above all else. The right person is someone who enjoys engaging directly with the kids, gets involved in play, and brings a calm, easygoing presence to the home.

General duties include supporting the children's daily routines, some errands and light household tasks related to the children, and driving using the family's vehicle. The family is open to discussing relocation and mileage support for the right candidate. Compensation is $40-50 gross hourly via payroll, depending on experience, with industry-standard PTO and sick time.

• BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
• UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)
• THE ABILITY TO MAKE A ONE-YEAR COMMITMENT UNLESS APPLYING FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION
• A PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN
• 5+ YEARS OF CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD
• EXCELLENT WORK AND PERSONAL REFERENCES

• U.S. DRIVER’S LICENSE (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NYC RESIDENTS)
