This role supports policyholder billing, payment processing, account maintenance, and customer service while handling items such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, audits, and disbursements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, comfortable with numbers and technology, and able to problem-solve effectively in a collaborative environment.

 

This position offers a hybrid work schedule upon successful completion of training(approximately 4 months).  The position will be based in West Bend.

• →Supports billing of policyholders insurance premium and posting payment receipts.
• →Provides excellent customer assistance to policyholders, agents, and internal associates using various channels of communication.
• →Prepares correspondence and takes appropriate action with delinquent accounts.
• →Responsible for sorting and processing work in the Billing department such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, audits, and disbursements.
• →Adapts to and supports continual change. 

• 1-3 years of experience in Billing
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Detail oriented
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills, ability to handle issues and problems
• Proficient in the use of computer software including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment

• Some college education or equivalent
• Associate in General Insurance Designation

 

 

 

The hourly range for this position is $21.64-$27.05

 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
