Housekeepers are responsible for general cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing of common areas.

Responsibilities

→Working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents.
→Ability to obtain and maintain a current certificate or equivalent, from a nationally recognized or approved certification program (i.e., OSHA, CMI)
→Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
→Ability to maintain proof of individual auto insurance as required by company safe driver policy.

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience.
1-2 years of previous housekeeping experience.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Required to reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.
Physically able to lift, carry and push a vacuum cleaner or mop for extended periods of time.
Required to walk and or stand for extended periods of time.
The position requires the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
This position requires basic computer knowledge including email, word and excel.
