Clinical Talent Operations Partner - Recruiting Programs

• →Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred. 

• →2-5 years of recruitment or program management preferred. 

• →Background in healthcare is preferred. 

• →Previous experience in clinical recruitment is preferred. 

• →Solid attention to detail is a must. 

• →Experience with iCIMS, Beamery, Workday, or similar systems is ideal. 

• →Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data to solve various reporting needs. 

• →Ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
