Responsibilities

→Maintain the security and safety of residents, facilities, and grounds.
→Supervise residents to ensure order, harmony, and compliance with shelter rules.
→Share information on available community resources with residents.
→Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
→Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and residents.
→Assign and oversee resident cleaning chores.
→Reinforce shelter policies fairly, without discrimination or favoritism.
→Respond appropriately to emergencies and contact supervisors as needed.
→Maintain professional boundaries with residents.
→Prepare meals as needed.
→Support The Salvation Army’s mission, policies, and confidentiality standards.
→Perform other duties as assigned.
