Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
Answer phones, return messages, and schedule appointments
Check clients in and out, process payments, and keep medical records up to date
Handle prescription and food requests and relay them to the medical team
Coordinate with veterinarians and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
Support clients with compassion during emotional moments, including end-of-life visits
Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting

Customer service, reception, or front-desk experience (veterinary experience is a plus but not required)
Friendly, clear communication in person and on the phone
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with computers and scheduling software (practice management software experience is a plus)
A team-player attitude and the ability to stay calm and positive in a busy setting
Compassion for pets and the people who love them
