4-day work weeks. No nights, on-call shifts, or holiday hours, with rotating Saturdays and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

→Provide compassionate, high-quality care to our patients
→Anticipate the needs of our veterinarians to keep the day efficient and running smoothly
→Support veterinarians with exams, treatments, and procedures
→Share your knowledge, skills, and experience with teammates
→Take part in weekly and monthly meetings that encourage open communication and collaboration
→Bring creative ideas and critical thinking to help the hospital grow

Responsibilities may vary based on hospital needs as well as your experience, training, certifications, credentials, and assigned responsibilities.

Experience as a veterinary technician, or a veterinary technician credential
A passion for pets and veterinary care that shines every day
Creative ideas, critical thinking, and a drive to be the best
A positive, supportive attitude (with the right cattitude, anything is pawsible!)
A willingness to ask for help and offer help to others
A belief that great results come from teamwork and mutual respect
Availability for rotating Saturday shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift [Weight] lbs with assistance
Veterinary technician licensure is welcomed but not required
