At Wisenbaker Builder Services, the Cabinet Modification Team plays a critical role in ensuring cabinet plans, quotes, orders, and installation documents flow accurately from design to install. This team is the quality gate, problem-solver, and process owner for cabinet execution, ensuring discrepancies are resolved before they impact customers, installers, or margins.
This role is ideal for someone who understands cabinet products, can read layouts and redlines with confidence, and enjoys improving systems—not just working within them.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Audit and analyze cabinet-related processes for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.• Audit all cabinet documents in Echelon for completeness and correctness.• Review cabinet quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with plans and measures.• Validate cabinet measures and layouts against Echelon bills of material (BOMs).• Analyze discrepancies from cabinet measures, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.• Ensure cabinet quotes and orders do not stall due to internal process breakdowns.• Facilitate smooth workflow between Cabinet Estimating, Design Centers, and Inside Sales.• Execute cabinet plan changes by address in Echelon using Adobe Acrobat Pro.• Monitor and reduce redraws required by Estimating and Design teams.• Post measures to clearly identify ownership of changes and responsibility for additional costs.• Ensure installers receive accurate, complete documentation for on-time, right-first-time installs.• Provide CAD Engineering DXF files for CTA customers as required.• Monitor shared mailboxes and provide daily status updates to requesters until resolution.
Requirements
~1 min readStrong cabinet product knowledge.• Proficiency reading layouts, blueprints, redlines, and construction documents.• Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-focused mindset.• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred.• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.• Collaborative, cross-functional team player.
