This isn't a maintain-what's-already-built job. You'll be one of the people responsible for evolving how WD-40's core technology environment actually works — the connections between our ERP and everything plugged into it — deliberately, with a real roadmap, not a patchwork of quick fixes.

• →Lead the architecture connecting our ERP to every system plugged into it — EDI, iPaaS, custom integrations, ISVs — across a company still expanding its D365 footprint.
• →Lead a ~12–18 month project to evaluate, select, and modernize the EDI and integration technology our business runs on.
• →Lead a technical architect and a team of EDI/integration specialists split across the UK and US — people who are good at their jobs and don't need to be told how to do them, just where to point them.
• →Be the person who can sit across from a solutions architect, understand exactly what they're trying to build, and tell them — with real technical grounding, not guesswork — what it'll take to build it right.
• →Be the thread tying together how WD-40's systems work across every region.
