Front Desk / Guest Services Agent

Through strategic partnerships, WOS connects motivated talent with organizations seeking to expand their workforce with skilled professionals.

Utilizing a scientifically based model derived from research conducted at Columbia University, we recruit, educate, train, and place high-potential talent with leading organizations around the world.

• Supports daily front desk operations by assisting guests throughout their stay, handling reservations and payments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with other teams to address guest needs.

• →Greet guests and handle check-in, check-out and reservations
• →Answer phones and guest questions, and coordinate guest requests
• →Process payments and keep accurate records in the property system
• →Resolve guest issues professionally and hand off to the right team

• Authorized to work in the United States
• 1+ years of front desk, hotel or customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
• Cash handling experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Part-Time
• Rotating shifts that include weekends and holidays

• $15.00/Hour (Plus Benefits)

• Las Vegas, NV (On Site)
